Lyn,

I would broil it for 5-6 minutes on each side for medium rare steak. Keep an eye on it though because a thinner flank steak will cook much more quickly than a thicker one.

your marinade it’s wonderful. I used this to marinate a pair of pig’s cheeks, and it added a very good taste to them.

Ps.1 – You have a lot of recipes that are tempting me 😀 😉
P.s.2 – Sorr if there are some gramatical errors in the text… is easier to me to translate english to spanish than the opposite.
