Roasted Garlic

Roasted garlic is one of my favorite things. I use it as a spread on bread, in my mashed potatoes, with roasted vegetables, in sauces or salad dressings, and alongside meats. It’s a great way to give new life to old recipes. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Roasted Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 heads of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • Dash of sea salt

Roasted Garlic

How to Make Roasted Garlic

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Slice the top of the head off so every clove of garlic is exposed.

Roasted Garlic

Place on a small square of tinfoil (easy clean up). Drizzle with olive oil and salt to taste.

Fold the edges of the tinfoil together and twist to make a completely sealed bundle.

Roasted Garlic

Place in oven and bake for 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the garlic. Let cool before serving. Squeeze to remove the roasted cloves. Delicious!
