Love this recipe. Simple, straightforward, and most importantly, delicious. Roast was cooked perfectly following the instructions and the flavor was fantastic. This is a keeper!

I cooked the roast in the crockpot on low for 8 hours and also added a little bit of beef broth and it turned out perfect! Thank you for a great recipe; my whole family loved it.

I was looking around for a nice roast beef recipe and found this one which looks simple enough!
I lived in Germany for 10 years and still miss the delicious Sauerbraten my friends used to make for me. I will try this very soon! Thanks for a wonderful recipe
