Doubled the recipe and made one loaf and a tray of muffins. The loaf is very moist and tasty. I did have to sub a bit of Greek yogurt for some sour cream as I didn’t quite have enough. Very nice recipe!

I made only 2 modifications: rather than sour cream I use zero fat Greek yogurt and I add some frozen blueberries just before putting into loaf pan. Toss frozen blueberries with flour first and quickly fold in before the loaf turns purple. 🙂
