Chocolate Banana Muffins

Chocolate Banana Muffins

My kids and I decided to create some muffins together for breakfast. I had two VERY ripe bananas to use up and I thought that instead of regular banana muffins we would try chocolate banana muffins. They were super easy to make, especially since I had two helpers. They turned out moist and so delicious – both of my kids gobbled them up quickly. I am looking forward to trying different variations of this tasty muffin.

  1. I,ve always wanted to make a chocolate muffin that was low in fat and have whole wheat. I baked these and they turned out grrreat! I used brown sugar instead of white and cut it down to 3/4c. My kids luv them and did not notice that there was whole wheat in them! I'll be making these more often than brownies from now on. Thanks, for sharing your recipe!:-)

  2. Made these months ago and my little sister still asks for them. 🙂 So I’m making them again tomorrow!

They were also so good that my dog jumped on the table and ate two!
