I would increase the baking time by 2 minutes to start with. See if that helps.

A good switch from boring old scrambled or fried eggs. I’m having some issues with the cooking time though – I double the broiling time and the whites STILL aren’t set, and the yolk is even cooked a little. Should I lengthen the baking time instead? Thank you again for this fantastic idea!
