My husband and I make this dish often for breakfast or sometimes even for a lazy dinner. We usually use half of an Everything Bagel from Trader Joe’s and it’s SO good that way! I don’t usually use milk to scramble my eggs, but I might have to try that. Love your blog!

an avocado makes everything better. buttery avocado atop buttery toast means an extra great start to the day. 🙂

Buttered toast + avocado + egg = divine breakfast. My preferred way to serve it is to spread the avocado on the toast and top with a fried egg instead of scrambling. But either way, delicious.
