The salad looks fantastic. I’m pretty sure those are walnuts that you used though, not pecans. Can’t wait to try this out.

as salads go, this is one of the prettiest ever made! pomegranate arils are magical, and i could eat candied pecans until my belly burst. 🙂

First time commenter but I have read your blog for a long time. I had major back issues for years and ended up with back surgery. I know that many back issues can be resolved with Physical Therapy, and much less invasive procedures, so if you need someone to ask, I would be happy to answer any questions. I became quite the back expert. Back pain is so debilitating. I am sure you won’t be advised to do it, but honestly, any type of back surgery is the very, very last resort. Hope you feel better and I am going to make this salad and pasta dish this weekend.
