I’ve made this recipe many times, often with swiss chard instead of kale, and with pork sausage instead of turkey, and I always enjoy it! I am thinking about serving it to company, and was wondering if you have any suggestions as to what I could pair it with? Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe!

Made this yesterday for lunches for the week. What a wonderful recipe! I used spinach instead of kale because I had some on hand and added some chopped fresh tomatoes. Turned out great.

We all love cheese tortellini but I don’t think I have ever put it in soup. That is a great idea. Those aren’t Ikea meatballs are they? Neigh! 😉

Beautiful comfort food !
I never used a sausage in a tortelini soup before, but I like the idea ! I think it will give it a beautiful taste.
