The texture was quite good, as well as the appearance, but they were almost flavourless. I used coconut oil instead of butter to try and amp up the cocnut flavour, but it didn’t seem to make much of a difference.

I have since done a few variations including swapping the blueberries for chocolate chips which disappeared very quickly!
