I love broccoli, and my favorite way to cook it is oven roasting it. I don’t like to turn my oven on when it’s hot (like it is today). This will be the perfect side dish with dinner tonight!

This is so fresh and pretty looking. I love how it’s not cooked to death in a lot of water. To me, rice vinegar has such a nice flavor. I’ll take a double portion please!
