Stuffed Strawberry Bites

Stuffed Strawberry Bites

I wanted to make a quick and tasty after-school snack for my kids, so I made them these stuffed strawberry bites. I found some strawberries, blueberries, and cream cheese in the refrigerator and mixed the cream cheese with a bit of powdered sugar and vanilla extract. My kids were absolutely thrilled with these strawberry bites & devoured them within minutes. These little beauties are perfect for appetizers, party snacks, healthy desserts, or snacks.

  1. Glad to hear you are back in the kitchen. Your snacks looks tasty! I have been on a blueberry and strawberry kick the last couple weeks but never thought to combine them the way you have. Genius strikes!

  2. Glad to hear that your hand is back in use. My husband would love these, sadly strawberries do not like me tho’ I like them!! Have a good day Diane

  3. But wait! I see your dog in the background, not hoping to share the food! That’s never how it has worked around here! I like the difference between your son, just eating away, and your daughter, daintily selecting her snack. Great idea.
Glad your hand is improving. It’s no fun being sidelined.

  4. Hi Pam, I’m really glad you’re healing fast, it’s hard to do anything when your hand is hurt!!! Your strawberry snacks look delicious, it does look like they went really fast…
