Turkey, Cranberry, and Cream Cheese on Toasted Ciabatta

Turkey, Cranberry, and Cream Cheese on Toasted Ciabatta

My friend Mo introduced me to this turkey, cranberry, and cream cheese on toasted ciabatta sandwich and I have loved it ever since. I gathered together the ingredients to make one for lunch today. I toasted the ciabatta then slathered it with cream cheese followed by the rest of the ingredients. The combination of turkey, creamy cheese, sweet/tart cranberries with the crisp lettuce, and juicy tomatoes on toasted bread is divine! It’s seriously my favorite sandwich right now and it’s so easy to make.
