I don’t know why it took me so long to make and try a green smoothie. Oh, the years I’ve wasted! My sister Dana recently made a green smoothie for me and I loved it. It filled me up, gave me energy, and kept me full for hours. The almond butter and Greek yogurt give this green smoothie a nice amount of protein which keeps me going while the spinach and banana give me a boost of fruits & veggies. I really feel great after drinking this smoothie and it truly is delicious! Who knew spinach and banana would be so tasty together?
How to Make a Green Smoothie
Place the spinach, almond milk, Greek yogurt, banana, almond butter, and honey into a blender. Blend very well until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately. Enjoy.
