Made this tonight with some very minor tweaks. Top notch! High end restaurant quality meal and so easy! Served it with tomato wedges drizzled with balsamic. My guests were very impressed.

My son just brought me a mess of morels he found while turkey hunting in Nebraska. I tried this recipe and it was delicious.

Even $7 per pound for any kind of mushrooms is way too rich for me, but your chicken does look terrific!
