White Bean Ragout

White Bean Ragout

I wanted a simple and healthy side dish to pair with the Grilled Chimichurri Chicken Skewers. I saw this white bean ragout recipe on Once Upon a Chef that looked easy, delicious, and totally different than what I normally serve as a side dish. Now that I think of it, I only really use beans as a side dish when barbecuing or with Mexican food. I will be changing that immediately! I really, really loved this bean ragout. The flavors were delicious and sopping up the juices with warm bread was amazing. We all, kids included, thought this white bean ragout was delicious!
