Roasted Green Beans with Bacon and Onion

Roasted Green Beans with Bacon and Onion

I love the combination of green beans with bacon and onions and I can’t believe I haven’t tried roasting them all together before. Recently, I was making some chicken thighs for dinner and wanted to pair them with some simply seasoned roasted green beans. Adapting my normal recipe a bit, I added some onion and finely diced bacon to be roasted with the green beans. After they roasted for 20 minutes, the green beans and onion were tender and the bacon bits were crispy. These roasted green beans with bacon and onion were super simple to make, tasted fantastic, and we all loved them.
