Sandwich Recipe Round-Up

We’ve been having a heatwave lately which means we don’t feel like having a big and heavy dinner. Sandwiches are the perfect light meal option and they are a great way to use up ingredients you have in your refrigerator and pantry. I’ve gathered together some of our most popular sandwiches on the website, some are quick and easy like the open-faced tomato and mozzarella sandwich with basil aioli, while others take more time like the Bahn Mi sandwich with lemongrass pork. I hope you find a few that recipes that tempt you.

  1. These sandwiches look & sound tasty & easy, & I know that my kiddies will also enjoy some of these, just as much as my hubby & I will. A delicious sandwich, a side salad, & some cold fruit is always welcomed here, especially for lunch on a hot & humid day. Your recipes are terrific! Thank you Pam, & stay cool .
