Homemade Italian Seasoning

This homemade Italian seasoning is perfect for making poultry, seafood, pasta, pork, marinades, croutons, and salad dressings extra flavorful.

Homemade Italian Seasoning

I just ran out of my Greek seasoning blend but decided to make this homemade Italian seasoning from I recipe I found on Cubes N Juliennes this time instead.  I find making homemade dry rubs and seasoning blends is not only more economical and it’s a great way to use up spices in my cupboard before they go bad.  Thankfully, I had everything I needed on hand and it was made and in the jar within 5 minutes and tasted fantastic on our grilled chicken.

  1. I don’t know why more of us don’t make seasoning blends-this is a great idea Pam. As you said fantastic idea to use spices we already have in our cupboards.
