I can’t believe it took me this long to buy this!
I’m not one for writing reviews but this Braiser.. is EVERYTHING! You won’t be disappointed, trust me! Searing and braising on this, is completely different from the Staub Dutch Oven. I love how wide it is and that you will be able to sear a lot more than your Dutch oven. I’ve cooked everything thing from a Spatchcock chicken, Paella, steamed fish, and roasted anything that will go from the stove top to the oven! Only regret was waiting this long to pull the trigger.

I ordered the braiser as a birthday gift for my husband. It arrived a little early, which we greatly appreciated. However, it arrived with chips in BOTH handles and on one side. As the chips should not affect its functionality, we decided not to return it. But, it is very irritating and disappointing to spend so much on an item that has defects.

Last piece of the item at lower price. However, the quality doesn’t match the price. There r some 凸 and rusty chips on the lid as above photos. Since this is the last piece and cannot do exchange, so, have to return back to seller.
