Ingredients

mini bagel
sliced in half
Mayonnaise
to taste
Mustard of choice
to taste
Sliced turkey
Sharp cheddar
sliced
Tomato
sliced
Freshly cracked black pepper
to taste
Dill pickle slice
halved
Handful of arugula & spinach
Instructions
Slice the bagel in half then slather one half with mayonnaise and the other half with mustard of choice.
Layer the bottom half with the turkey, sharp cheddar, and tomato slice.
Season with freshly cracked black pepper then top with pickle, arugula, spinach, and bagel top.
Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy.
