Garlic Crostini with Brie and Sweet & Spicy Tomato Jam

Ingredients

  • Tomato jam click link up above for the recipe
  • Brie
  • 1 baguette sliced thinly
  • Olive oil to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

  • Make the sweet & spicy tomato jam - click the link up above for the recipe.
  • Allow brie to come to room temperature for a few hours before making this recipe.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Slice the baguette thinly then brush each piece with a bit of olive oil, to taste then place on a baking sheet.
  • Place into the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
  • Lightly rub the raw garlic over the top of each crostini; place onto a serving plate.
  • Pour some of the tomato jam into a small dish. If it's cold, heat in the microwave for a few seconds to warm up.
  • Place the brie on a serving plate.
  • Spread some cheese on the garlic crostini followed by a dollop of tomato jam. Enjoy.
