Ingredients
Tomato jam

Brie

baguette
sliced thinly
Olive oil
to taste

Instructions
Make the sweet & spicy tomato jam - click the link up above for the recipe.
Allow brie to come to room temperature for a few hours before making this recipe.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Slice the baguette thinly then brush each piece with a bit of olive oil, to taste then place on a baking sheet.
Place into the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
Lightly rub the raw garlic over the top of each crostini; place it onto a serving plate.
Pour some of the tomato jam into a small dish. If it's cold, heat in the microwave for a few seconds to warm up.
Place the brie on a serving plate.
Spread some cheese on the garlic crostini followed by a dollop of tomato jam. Enjoy.
