Heat a 1/4 cup of water in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the asparagus to the pan and cover it with a lid. Steam the asparagus for 3-4 minutes, or until fork-tender.
Remove the asparagus and water from the skillet then add the garlic olive oil. Once the olive oil is hot, add the garlic chips and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Add the asparagus to the pan then toss to coat evenly. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste and a splash of lemon juice. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
