Cowboy Butter Dipping Sauce

Juice and zest of 1/2 a lemon
cloves of garlic, minced
fresh parsley, chopped
fresh chives, chopped
fresh thyme leaves, to taste
crushed red pepper flakes
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Combine the melted butter, lemon juice & zest, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard; whisk until well combined.
Add the parsley, chives, thyme, paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Whisk until well combined. Serve and enjoy.
