Dill Dip

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp onion, finely minced
  • 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste


  • Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh dill, minced onion, lemon juice, dried dill and garlic together; mix until well combined. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
  • Cover and store in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to mingle. 
  • Serve with fresh veggies and chips. Enjoy.
