Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a Silpat mat or parchment paper.
Place the flour, pumpkin, and peanut butter in a large bowl until combined.
Working on a piece of floured parchment paper or flat surface, knead the dough 3-4 times until it comes together. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 30-35 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator. Enjoy.
