1largeDungeness crab, cooked, cleaned, and legs separated into clusters
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
1tbspfresh parsley, finely chopped
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add the minced garlic, fresh parsley, pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
Add the crab leg clusters and toss to coat evenly. Cover with a lid and steam the crab legs for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the lid and toss to thoroughly coat the crab leg clusters with the butter sauce and place them onto a platter. Serve with more melted garlic butter on the side & lemon wedges.
