Maple-Roasted Bacon

  • 1 lb thick cut bacon
  • 2-3 tbsp real maple sryup


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place two wire cooling racks in a rimmed baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the bacon on top of the wire racks in one layer.
  • Place into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until starting to become golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and brush each slice of bacon with real maple syrup.
  • Place back into the oven and continue to roast for another 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  • Transfer the bacon to a paper towel lined plate to remove the excess grease.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy.
