Honey-Dijon Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp shallot diced finely
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste


  • In a small jar, combine the olive oil, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, honey, shallot, minced garlic, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
  • Seal the jar with it's lid and shake very well. Store in the refrigerator.
  • Enjoy.
