Ingredients

English cucumber
peeled, quartered lengthwise, sliced
2
tbsp
sweet yellow onion
diced
3
tbsp
seasoned rice vinegar
1
tbsp
ranch dry seasoning from packet
Freshly cracked black pepper
taste
Instructions
Peel, quarter lengthwise, and slice the cucumber.
Place the cucumber and diced onion in a large bowl then add the vinegar, ranch dressing dry seasoning, and black pepper, to taste.
Mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.
Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container for a few days. Enjoy.
