Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips

Ingredients

  • 1-2 green apples sliced very thinly using a mandoline
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Using a mandoline, cut the apples very thinly. Remove any seeds from any of the slices.
  • Place the apples slices on the baking sheet, making sure not to overlap them.
  • Sprinkle the top with cinnamon, to taste.
  • Place into the oven to bake for 2 - 2½ hours, or until crisp.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
  • Enjoy!
