Turkey and Sharp Cheddar Bagel Sandwich with Arugula, Spinach, and Tomatoes

  • 1 mini bagel sliced in half
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Mustard of choice to taste
  • Sliced turkey
  • Sharp cheddar sliced
  • Tomato sliced
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Dill pickle slice halved
  • Handful of arugula & spinach


  • Slice the bagel in half then slather one half with mayonnaise and the other half with mustard of choice.
  • Layer the bottom half with the turkey, sharp cheddar, and tomato slice.
  • Season with freshly cracked black pepper then top with pickle, arugula, spinach and bagel top.
  • Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy.
