Orange Vinaigrette

  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Zest from 1 orange
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Agave or honey, to taste, if needed
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste


  • Combine the freshly squeezed orange juice, olive oil, vegetable oil, white balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, orange zest, Dijon mustard, agave, sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste, in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  • Cover and set aside for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to mingle before whisking well & serving. Enjoy.
  • Side Note: My family enjoys a less oily vinaigrette. Feel free to use more oil, if desired.
