Baked Cinnamon-Sugar Pear Chips

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 pears sliced thinly with a mandoline


  • Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Combine the sugar and cinnamon together; mix well.
  • Using a mandoline, cut the pears very thinly.
  • Remove any seeds from any of the slices. Place the pear slices on the baking sheet(s), making sure not to overlap them.
  • Sprinkle the top with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Place into the oven to bake for 2 1/2-3 hours, or until dried and crisp (they will get crisper when cooling).
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
