Ingredients

pint
mixed grape tomatoes
1
small shallot
sliced thinly into rings
1
small clove of garlic
sliced thinly into slivers
¼
cup
seasoned rice vinegar
2
tbsp
olive oil
Pinch
of crushed red pepper flakes
to taste
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine the sliced tomatoes, shallot rings, and garlic slivers into a serving bowl.
Add the seasoned rice vinegar, olive oil, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Set aside for 30-60 minutes to allow flavors to mingle before serving. Enjoy.
