Place bacon in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until it is cooked and crispy. Place on paper towels to drain then crumble; set aside.
Drain all but 1 teaspoon of the bacon fat from the pan. Add the green beans to the large skillet along with 2 tbsp of water. Cover the pan with a lid and let it steam for 5 minutes, until crisp-tender.
Remove the lid and sauté the beans for about 2 more minutes. Add the Boursin cheese to the pan and toss to coat. It should melt fairly quickly.
Season the beans with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste then top with bacon crumbles and little bits of extra Boursin cheese. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
