Ingredients
2 ½
lbs
of chicken wings
trimmed and separated
Olive oil
to taste
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place your baking rack near the top of the oven. Line a baking sheet with tin foil then coat it with cooking spray.
Trim the chicken wings - If you need help, see the beginning of the video (link up above) for simple instructions.
Once you have trimmed the wings, place them on the baking sheet.
Drizzle the wings with a bit of olive oil, to taste, then season both sides with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Spread the wings out on the baking sheet and place them into the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
Flip the chicken then continue to bake for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
Serve plain or with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy.
