Heat a large OVEN PROOF skillet or large cast iron skillet, coated in cooking spray, over medium-high heat.
Pat the chicken down with paper towels to remove any moisture. Sprinkle the sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika evenly over both sides of the chicken drumsticks.
Place into the HOT skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the chicken over then place it into the oven uncovered.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from the oven and serve. Enjoy.
