Flatten the marshmallows with the palm of your hand. Place a chocolate chip upside down into the center of the marshmallow then place squiggles lines around the marshmallow.
For the Bandaids:
Combine a touch of milk with powdered sugar - not too much because you want the frosting thick. Separate the graham crackers. Spread a bit of frosting down the center of each cracker. Place a smear of red frosting in the center of the white frosting.
