Creamy Parmesan Dressing

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan *use the good stuff & shred yourself!!
  • 1/4-1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste


  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, finely grated parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt and freshly cracked pepper together in a bowl until well combined. 
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow flavors to mingle.
  • When ready to use, taste the dressing and add more lemon juice or seasonings, if needed. Drizzle on your salad and enjoy.
  • Store the remaining dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
