Ingredients
¾cupmayonnaise
½cupfinely grated Parmesan*use the good stuff & shred yourself!!
1/4-1/2cupfresh lemon juice, to taste
2tspWorcestershire sauce
2tspDijon mustard
1 clove of garlic, minced
crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
Whisk together the mayonnaise, finely grated parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper together in a bowl until well combined.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow flavors to mingle.
When ready to use, taste the dressing and add more lemon juice or seasonings, if needed. Drizzle on your salad and enjoy.
Store the remaining dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
