Garlic Cheese Toast

clove of garlic, minced
Parmesan, finely grated, to taste
fresh parsley, finely chopped
Preheat the oven to broil and move a rack near the top of the oven.
Mix together the softened butter and minced garlic until well combined. Slather some garlic butter on one side of each baguette slice.
Top the baguette slices with shredded mozzarella and finely grated parmesan cheese, to taste.
Place the toasts on a baking sheet.
Place under the broiler (watch it carefully!) for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the edges of the toast are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
