Ingredients
1sheet of puff pastry, thawed**Box comes with two sheets - only use one
1small egg, well beaten
4ozbrie, sliced into small squares
¼cupcranberry sauce, more if needed**Click the link up above for the recipe
Fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the thawed pastry sheet and brush evenly with egg wash. Cut the pastry into 24-30 small even squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Place one square on top of another (egg wash up) then place them on the prepared baking sheet; repeat with the rest of the pastry.
Bake for 10 minutes then take them out of the oven. Place the small slices of cheese on top of each pastry puff. Place back into the oven to bake for 1-2 minutes to melt the brie.
Remove from the oven and place immediately on a serving tray. Top with a small dollop of cranberry sauce and a few fresh thyme leaves. Serve & enjoy.
