2cupssuper greens **Combination of baby spinach, baby red & green chard, & baby kale
½cupalmond coconut milk, unsweetened
½cupice
¼cupGreek yogurt
1green apple, peeled, cored, & diced
1very ripe banana
Instructions
Place the super greens, almond coconut milk, ice, Greek yogurt, green apple, and banana into a blender.
Blend very well until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately. Enjoy.
Side Note: The apple gives the smoothie a bit of a grainy texture, which didn't bother me, but if you prefer smooth and creamy smoothies, try blending this smoothie extra well and strain through a fine sieve if desired.
