Raspberry Coconut Pom Smoothie
It’s feeling like summer here in Portland. Today it was sunny and nearly 90 degrees! My kids were hot and tired when I picked them up from school so I decided to treat them to a tasty smoothie. I used some fresh raspberries, Greek coconut yogurt, Pom/Coconut juice, and ice. They were a touch tart so I added a little bit of agave which made them perfect! These drinks were a refreshing, delicious, and healthy after-school snack.

This look really delicious!
This sounds amaaaazing! And the pink colour is so pretty!
I am SO jealous of your 90 degree weather yesterday! We had 4 inches of rain yesterday with temps in the 50’s (in addition to the 4 inches we got on Tuesday). This looks like the perfect treat for a hot summer day. I’m sure we will have many, many hot summer days soon!
It is already SO hot in California! It was 90 degrees yesterday. I took a cold shower before bed and was still a little warm. I could have really used this smoothie to cool off last night. Love that you put coconut in it : )
A berry beautiful and tasty drink!
This looks great – what a great combination of flavors! I haven’t tried the pom/coconut juice yet but I bet I would really like it.
Thanks for the reminder that I like smoothies. I just forget to make them and they are so delicious. Have a good day Diane

Almost like a milkshake, but actually good for you! I’m sure the kids enjoyed them immensely.
We might hit 65 here tomorrow. I’m rather looking forward to 90.

I make smoothies every morning. Thanks for a new idea. I love the combo
This smoothie sounds like it would hit the spot on a warm day. I love the combination of flavors.
We visited Portland last Fall and fell in love with the area. Hoping to move there one day and happy to read there’s warm sunny days every once in a while.
Sounds refreshing & delicious!
I love these tropical and berrylicious flavors! What a fun way to start the day.
LOVE IT!!!

I mane this RASPBERRY COCONUT POM SMOOTHIE and this was quite good in the taste . But after altering the recipe I made it quite better .
I added 1 bowl of sliced banana which was kept in freezer for an hour.
and I also added a spoon of Peanut butter and white ketchup (non salty).
..
banana had added up the nutrition level and peanut butter is good for the health and some benefits of Peanut butter are :: Heart Friendly, More Potassium, Healthy Fat, Energy Booster, Fiber Rich.
white sauce is added to give a shake a shiny look and more smooth taste.
