Tomato Salad with Fresh Herbs and a Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients
2red tomatoessliced into wedges
3yellow tomatoessliced into wedges
3orange tomatoessliced into wedges
5small vine-ripened tomatoes
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepperto taste
3tbspbalsamic vinegar
2tspbrown sugar
2tbspolive oil
Fresh basil leaves
Fresh chiveschopped
Instructions
Slice the tomatoes into wedges; season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Cook the balsamic vinegar and sugar together in a small saucepan over medium heat, until it has reduced by half, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and whisk in the olive oil.
Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the tomatoes then top with fresh basil and fresh chives. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
