¼red onion, sliced**If too strong in flavor, soak the onion slices in ice water for 10 minutes then pat dry with paper towel
1radish, sliced thinly
2tbsptoasted pine nuts
1tbspdried cranberries

Instructions
Make the vinaigrette by combining the olive oil, seasoned rice vinegar, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and sugar, to taste in a small glass jar. Seal with a lid and shake well. Set aside to allow the flavors time to mingle. Side Note: We love a very tangy vinaigrette, if you don't, add less vinegar.
Make the romaine salad by combining, tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, radish, pine nuts, and dried cranberries together in a large bowl.
Drizzle the salad with some of the well-shaken vinaigrette, to taste; toss to coat the salad evenly.
Top with shaved parmesan and season with freshly cracked black pepper, to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy.
