Large Skillet with a Lid
Ingredients

butter

tsp
olive oil
1
bunch of asparagus
wooden ends removed
Juice from 1/2-1 lime
to taste
2
small cloves of garlic
minced
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Instructions
Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet.
Add the asparagus, then cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes, depending on the size of the asparagus spears. Cook longer if they are thick.
Remove the lid, add the lime juice and minced garlic, and season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Serve with additional lime. Enjoy.
