Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the salmon very dry with paper towels then place on the prepared baking sheet skin side down.
Season the salmon by drizzling the olive oil evenly over the top of the salmon then finish by sprinkling the Cajun seasoning evenly over it.
Bake the salmon by placing it in the oven to bake for 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon, until the salmon flakes and separates easily with a fork. Side Note: My salmon was very thin so it only took 5 minutes, but thicker pieces may take up to 8-10 minutes.
Top with chopped fresh parsley, then serve immediately with lemon wedges and tartar sauce. Enjoy.
