Combine the oil, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, sugar, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste, in a small glass jar. Seal with lid and shake until well combined.
Set aside for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors time to mingle..
Side Note: We like a tangy vinaigrette. If you don't, use less vinegar.
