Ingredients

mashed bananas
about 2 large, very ripe bananas

milk chocolate chips

cup
shredded coconut
sweetened

cup
walnut pieces
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray the cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together, and set aside.
Mash the bananas until creamy and smooth.
Using a hand mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Mix in the mashed bananas.
Add the flour mixture, and stir until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts.
Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cookies cool on a wire cooling rack. Enjoy.
